We at PRF House & Building Inspections are passionate about offering the best service possible, this is why we are the only accredited building surveyors with the Building Officials of NZ in the whole of the Nelson Tasman region. This accreditation ensures we are operating to the highest industry standard, as we are required to be externally audited.

Paul Fox

Building Inspector

Paul started out as a carpenter/joiner (1987) in the UK, and underwent a 5 year apprenticeship. From there he worked on his tools for a few years before taking up a leadership position and as a foreperson, then site manager which then led to him being a Project Manager of up to 50 staff, on projects up to $4.5 million. Inspection work was a huge part of being a project manager.
Emigrated to New Zealand in 2000 and started
